For Training

Payment terms: 50 % advance before start of the project & remaining 50% at end of the project.

For Classroom Training

I would request you to ensure all participants are in good health and in case they exhibit symptoms, to isolate themselves immediately.

Kindly place sanitizers on all tables for easy access.

Kindly ensure we have big training venue which will ensure social distancing among participants.

For Counselling

The client may ask questions on what to expect during and end result of the therapy.•

The client may decline to proceed the therapy as to the techniques which may be conducted by the therapist.•

The client may cease to continue therapy anytime, without any impediment and may return to therapy anytime.•

The therapist has the right to dismiss the client from the course of therapy.•

The client has the right to review his or her records from the therapist.•

Right to confidentiality: Within limits provided for by law, all records and information acquired by the therapist shall be kept strictly confidential in accordance to the principles of a doctor-patient relationship.

All information will not be shared or revealed to any person, agency, or organization without the prior written consent of the client.

The client can raise any concerns and to speak with the therapist immediately of any concerns provided that the therapist is likewise available to discuss matters with the client  

Payment 100% advance.

Refund & Cancellation

1.1 Any major changes made by the Client to an order after the contract has been concluded shall entitle Cerebro Vocational Planet  either modify the quoted price and/or term of delivery or refuse to execute the order. In the latter case, the Client shall pay for the work already performed.

1.2 Cancellation of an order by the Client shall entitle Cerebro Vocational Planet  to claim payment of any work already performed for that order as well as compensation for hours spent on research for the remainder of the order Cerebro Vocational Planet shall make the work performed available to the Client at the latter’s request, but shall accept no responsibility for its quality.

1.3 If Cerebro Vocational Planet. has reserved time for the execution of the order, it may charge the Client 50% of the fee for the non-executed part of the work.

1.4 Quoted prices shall apply only to services conforming to agreed specifications.

1.5 In case of Counselling session, No Refund will be provided to client. Reschedule is subject availability of Counsellor.
